But as I mentioned above that requires the quest Doctor's Orders to work and if you don't have that quest, if you are as unlucky as me and have already completed all the quests in "Normal" and "True Vault Hunter Mode" in the vanilla game the only option left is to farm it in "Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode" and that would be a pain in the butt.

Also run all that way to hopefully get a loot midget when you DON'T have the quest is sort of waste of time. I also read that the midgets wont spawn if you are in combat or enemies nearby I don't know if this is true.

That's why I found this solution instead, no enemies nearby, no running for minutes and no "hard work". You just open the boxes and then restart the game.

I guess this is only worth for those with a fast computer, if you got a slow one it might be better to farm a lot of loot-crates instead of open two and restart every time.
